How To Use Essential Oils In The Sauna . . .

The use of aromatherapy within a sauna setting has become very popular and further enhances your sauna bathing experience.

High quality essential oils can be purchased in pre-mixed blends that can be diluted and ladled over the hot sauna stones. Visit our accessories page here.

Alternatively, you can purchase the oils individually and mix your own. Three to four drops to one litre of water is a common rule of thumb when diluting the oils.

Oils can be combined to develop your own special blend. There is no limit to the fragrances you can create.

For example - mix 3 drops of pine, 3 drops of rosemary, 4 drops of lime and 6 drops of grapefruit in a 4 litre pail of water to create a detoxifying & energising combination.

Sit back, relax and let you mind wander. Bliss.
