I took a month to experience the Steam room before I decided to write this review. By far the best decision we have made to build this steam room in our ensuite rather than having a pool. It's just a very relaxing end to a very stressful day/week. It comes in handy if your kids have cold or blocked nose, one night in steam room with eucalyptus oil and they breathe easy and sleep peacefully. The steam room has turned from novelty item to a luxury resort spa end to a hard days of work for both me and my wife.
A special thanks to Brendan who has helped us through various stages of house build and answered every question that the builder, plumber and electrician had during framing, plumbing and commissioning stage. Believe me he was patient and supportive for three years of our house build. It's very rare to find vendors and tradesman who have integrity, passionate and take pride on what they deliver to their customer. I got lucky with Brendan and my plumber who ended up becoming good friends and is on his way to get a steam room for himself.

Bought and self-assembled a sauna about 6 months ago. Came together well and have been using it regularly since. Minor wiring problem in the heater was fixed with photos from Brendan. A tip for DIY - the manual says pack the heater stones loosely - this is important. For the 4.5kW heater the pack of stones has more than you need.

I started planning my sauna one year ago, and contacted a number of sauna suppliers. One of the replies stood out for its personal touch, and very customer friendly and accommodating touch.
