Yes, our kit saunas come with a 12-month warranty covering any fault or defect attributable to our sauna works. Warranty is subject to manufacturer guidelines. It does not cover heater element replacement, items considered to be normal wear and tear, or damage and this is voided in the case of misuse.

Outdoor sauna installations are very popular, but there are a few key things to keep in mind:

• The sauna must sit on a solid, level base such as a slab, decking, or paving.
• If exposed to the weather, the sauna roof must be fully waterproof. We recommend a Colorbond skillion roof, which we can arrange, or you can work with a local builder.
• The external cedar must be treated with a suitable protective oil or similar product on installation and re-applied annually to protect it from the elements.

We can provide advice, roofing options, and support throughout the whole process.

All our residential sauna kits include a SAWO stainless steel electric sauna heater that must be wired to its own dedicated circuit by a licensed electrician.

• Power loads range from 3kW to 6kW depending on your chosen sauna kit.
• Heaters can be connected to either single-phase or three-phase power.
• Each heater has built-in temperature and timer controls located on the outer cover.
• The internal sauna light also needs to be connected to a switched light feed.

All cabling is installed through pre-fitted conduits inside the insulated sauna panels, making electrical setup clean and straightforward for your installer.
